Your confirmed speaker:
Rachael Davis first qualified as a solicitor in May 2012. She worked as a criminal defence solicitor for 3 years, before moving into the area of regulatory law where she worked for the Independent Police Complaints Commission (now known as the Independent Office for Police Conduct) for a year, before joining the Royal College of Nursing in May 2016.
