Sophie Gale joined Talking Therapies in Berkshire as a Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) in September 2011, qualifying as a PWP in September 2012.
Within Sophie's time at Talking Therapies, Sophie has been a Team Lead for two different CCG’s particularly supporting a team to engage harder to reach populations from BME communities. This experience has resulted in Sophie growing a passion in leadership and management.
Sophie is currently acting up into a PWP Coordinator role, supporting Team Leads in Berkshire to help their teams achieve service targets whilst maintaining a patient centered approach and implement change.
